Bizim Circle - Terms of Use

Bizim Circle is a space for Azerbaijanis around the world to connect, support each other, and share opportunities.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

To use Bizim Circle, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old (or meet your local legal age)
• Provide accurate information when creating your account

You’re responsible for your account and activity on it.

Bizim Circle is built on trust and respect.

We ask that you:

• Treat others with respect
• Share honest and helpful content
• Use the platform for its intended purpose

You agree NOT to:

• Harass or harm others
• Share misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Spam or abuse the platform
• Impersonate others

If something harms the community, we may remove content or accounts.

You own the content you post.

By sharing content on Bizim Circle, you allow us to display it on the platform so others can interact with it.

You’re responsible for what you share.

Bizim Circle, including its design, features, and content, belongs to us.

Please don’t copy, reuse, or misuse it without permission.

Bizim Circle is a platform for connection:

• We help people meet, share, and discover opportunities
• We don’t guarantee outcomes (like jobs, referrals, or results)

We encourage meaningful connections, but interactions are ultimately between users.

Content shared on Bizim Circle is based on personal experiences. It shouldn’t be taken as professional, legal, or financial advice.

We may show opportunities or links shared by users. We don’t control or guarantee them, so please use your own judgment.

Asking for a referral is asking a person for a favour. Nobody is obliged to refer you, an Insider may pass on your request, and a request can close with nobody having taken it. We do not guarantee a referral, an interview, or a reply.

By applying, you agree to these Terms. We record the version of the Terms accepted with your application. Bizim Circle does not promise a referral or require an employer-policy attestation as part of that agreement.

You choose whether applicants see your name. If you share your contact details on a request, they see your name. Messaging them does not.

After you accept a request, inactivity can lead to three reminders and automatic release of your assignment. The first reminder is due three hours after acceptance. Each later reminder waits at least three hours after the previous one is successfully dispatched. Release is due no earlier than three hours after the third successful reminder, and we notify you when it happens.

Reminders respect your chosen channels. Email respects quiet hours; push is sent when an update occurs or a reminder becomes due, subject to your phone's notification settings. Failed or uncertain sends do not move the inactivity sequence forward. We send no more than three reminders per assignment. New applicant messages and attachments can generate an immediate push, except while the recipient is viewing that conversation, and are covered by the next scheduled reminder without delaying it or restarting the sequence. An Insider reply stops all remaining reminders and automatic inactivity release for that assignment. The assignment remains active for normal work and referral submission; later applicant messages do not reactivate reminders or inactivity release. Opening or reading the conversation alone does not change the schedule. Completing the referral, handing it back, closing the request or reassigning it also ends that assignment's sequence.

Applicants who allow app notifications can also receive immediate push updates when their request is accepted, handed back, referred, closed or finally returned. These are separate from email timing and subject to the phone's notification settings. Push previews do not contain private request details.

Do not pass anything you learn from a request, including a resume, to anyone outside the referral you were asked for.

We can end a referral request, remove an Insider, or close an account if someone is using this to harm people. Our team reviews requests that nobody takes, and can close them or find someone outside the normal flow.

Releasing an inactive assignment lets us seek another Insider or send the request to our team for review. It is a system action, not a voluntary hand-back by the Insider, and does not itself return the applicant's request. An exhaustion email is sent only after our team resolves the request and returns it to the applicant, not for each change of Insider.

Authorized operations staff may review existing account, profile and application information, including verification, preferences, status and recorded application-source information, when needed for account support, application review, referral operations or safety. This access is subject to our Privacy Policy and existing member visibility and contact-sharing choices.

Report in good faith. Sharing messages from a chat as evidence is something you choose to do, and it means our safety team reads that part of the conversation. Do not use reports to harass someone.

We do our best to keep Bizim Circle a safe and positive space.

If needed, we may:

• Remove content
• Limit features
• Suspend or remove accounts

This helps protect the community.

We work to provide a reliable and helpful platform.

That said:

• Bizim Circle is provided “as is”
• We can’t guarantee everything will always work perfectly
• We are not responsible for the outcomes of user interactions

We may update these Terms as we improve Bizim Circle. If we do, we’ll update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

We’re constantly improving Bizim Circle. Features may change, and in some cases parts of the service may be updated or removed.
